Crows Gin

Nose: A complex and not overtly floral nose with Philippine citrus standing out above the rest as being its primary botanical.

Palate: The complexity of its nose is simplified in the palate. A smooth gin that is pleasant to drink neat. A ‘simplified-complexity’ of taste from its floral, citrus and spice from the 23 botanicals used. The whole is truly greater than the sum of its parts.

Finish: Long finish with the botanicals slowly disappearing leaving behind hints of the citrus and spice.
