Candid

The bar is set pretty low on commercially available beer so we weren't shooting for anything special here. Candid will serve as our staple "go to beer" readily available through our site.

This IPA is made with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado bringing a more familiar taste to the unfamiliar hobbyist. Citra hops are one of the most common hops used in craft brews highlighting that "oh nice its fruity" flavor. Mosaic hops on the other hand have that nice dank and resinous flavor. I made sure to go easy on the Mosaic but for the most part, you should expect a welcoming fruity beer followed by a smooth dank bitterness.
