8 Ball

Were calling this 8 Ball since it has a little over 8 grams of hops per liter. The New England IPA style is brewed with a significant amount of oats and wheat. Expect this beer to be full in both flavor and body. There are 2 main American hops that stand out in this beer. My personal fave, El Dorado hops have distinct notes of Pineapple and Mango. Cascade hops bring out a more Grapefruit and Citrus. This is all tied together with our yeast choice, AEB's "New E".
